  • Takes time to understand and know all my customers and clients,
  • Her willingness to spend the time to educate and explain the process to my clients and customers and what is entailed,
  • My clients and customers always feel so comfortable working with Brooke,
  • Brooke always spends as much time as a customer and client may need at closing and provides a nice binder of all the paperwork generated for the closing to her client(s) at the end of the closing

Brooke is extremely knowable, professional, detail oriented and reliable. When representing a client Brooke provides a comprehensive booklet of all the necessary information relative to the transaction that the client can use as a constant referral source.

Were there any things that could have been better when working with Brooke?

In a survey like this I would normally provide criticism that would help with improvements to the service but in this instance I have none.
